Hello mylotters, Good day! Well, my question today is, if there is food, you really don't like it, it's bitter, taste bad, but its very good for your health. For example, let's said it's good for your eyes or your heart....

nehapaul007 if it is not, why u eat bitter pills when u fall sick. So my dear friend i find it ok to eat something healthy at times, like alovera juice etc.
