I have been stressed lately with school and ... uhh ... life. I have tried to remain calm but I am freaking out. So it made me wonder what other people do when they are stressed. Do you remain calm? Do you freak out like me? Or...

nevrgvup When I get stressed, I walk. A long walk with lots of deep breaths. It helps clear things up a little.
