newyorkcitycop I'm probably the opposite. I get a better sleep if I sleep on top of the covers. The best is when you go into your room later on at night and the pillows and blanket are nice and cool. Then I just lay down and I only have my boxers or a pair of pajama shorts...

newyorkcitycop Sleep is definetely the best answer, and then you will be more refreshed for studying tomorrow. However, that's probably not what I'd do, because I never was one to choose the best option when it came to these kind of things. You could try blasting some rock...
