Is there any way to trim the hips?

hi! Do you have any idea on how to trim down the hip area? i hope you have! help me with this...my hips are getting wider!

nikay16 i don't think some topical stuffs can trim it down. but i heard that firming lotions do some lifts and tone your fats...of course with exercise i should work..

I always cry whenever i watch movies! yeah i know its weird but i really do... I even cried when i watched the animated movie "UP"! and as i said, i often cry when watching any kind of movies as long as the scene is some what...

nikay16 i think it was The Notebook that really made me cry.also the movie Adam..it made me cry to the highest level.nice post huh!

flabby legs and arms...advise please..

i have small waist and a pretty nice hips but my thighs and arms are flabby! what can i don about this? except liposuctions or any other operation..

nikay16 cardio exercise is the only way to remove fats. after you get rid of those fats, try to do some strengthening exercises to build muscles.

I have a brother and my parents always do thing in favor of him and rarely take me in consideration... Sometimes feel jealous but sometimes its just fine with me. Are you experiencing this too? whether its a yes or a no, what do...

nikay16 I think you have to endure it. Maybe its all in your mind. who knows, maybe the reason why they pay too much attention on your brother is that because they know you will understand them? just continue to be understanding...just an advice
