nirma70 In India there is a renowned spiritual guru by name Swami Ramdev. Try out his breathing technique called Kapalbhati Pranayam. If you watch 'Aastha' television channel in the morning (in India) you can learn this technique.

Hi Girls, What would you prefer as your jewelry? Gold or silver! I prefer silver. I dont know why but I find it so simple, elegant and cute. Hope you share your thoughts too.

nirma70 Hi I like gold jewelries. I have dual advantage. I look pretty on gold jewelries and also it is an investment. Stock market and real estate crashes, but this yellow metal always goes Northwise! Nirma70
