niteen_futane10 I am 38 years oid. I never get sick. I am healthy. To stay healthy i exercise regularly. Regular exercise is the only way to keep doctor away. U start exercising and be relaxed u will never get sick

niteen_futane10 I usually go to in 11pm and get up at 7.00 in the morning.I sleep about 8 hours a day. I feel It is more than enough time. Minimum we should sleep 5 to 6 hours.
