When you slept your lamp ON or OFF ?

I always turn off my lamp . Because I can't sleep with the light. It's make my eyes sick and then I fell so hot .. and I ever read article that slept in the dark it's better , make your skin healthy

nowraaliyya I always sleep with some sort of light source turn on. I never sleep in complete darkness, The dark makes me feel uncomfortable.
