I'm man with 30 years old, i want to loose my weight, now i'm 95 kg. Anyone could help me and give me some advise, what diet should i do? if ppl can give me diet menu i really appreciate that. O... i'm living in indonesia.

nugraha i love football!!! i enjoy to watch english premier league, i'm fan of MU, the red devil still the best for me... specially cristiano ronaldo, he is talented player, he will be more great in future, i garranted. And portugal will be win next world cup...
