Intellectuals are called the shock-abseber of the society. they show us what is right and what is wrong. Is the world lacking in disinterested intellectuals?

I cannot forget my past, both good and bad days. Sometimes I feel happy remebering the good days, but many a time I end up in melancholy. Is it not good to remeber your past?
