folder named "CON"

hi i found from a friend that in windows XP u cant create a folder by name CON or con...but the more stranger thing i found out is u can create this folder by just copying the word con right from here try it and tell me is it...

is that true that heavy sleeper is a heavy dreamer ? i like to sleep a lot. after finished my secondary school, i slept a lot, when i was drunked than i slept from 1am and woke up 10pm after next day. means i'd slept for 2 night 3...

i hav a net of speed of 512kbps but still mylot takes a major share of my time to get loaded y is this really happening can any one tell me the reason and any suggetion to make it faster...
