paavas well like evvrywhere else here too there is no shortcut to hard work and practice. Keep talking in english to get fluent at it that is the only way. To improve your vocab read a lot of english material, books, newspapers etc and to improve diction, sing along...

paavas One of my habits that i hate the most is picking my nose with my fingers. I kow its dsigusting but i just cant change it. Whenever i am lost in thought my fingers just go into my nose. Cant help it.
