parth2crazy well i m proud to be a universal donor being O+. and i donate blood in banks 4 times a year. it also helps purifing my blood to a great extent.

I need help on gaining my weight..

Anyone know any ways to gain weight rather than eating unhealthy food like fastfood?I am seriously underweight but i do eat alot but i still won't grow fat.i don't know is it because of my genes problem or my metabolism is too...

parth2crazy truely dont go for any of the diet suppliments and also dont reduce your daily activities. try these things....(i gained 10 kilos in an year) instead of eating 2 or 3 times a day, make it smaller meals 6-7 times a day. also have 2 eggs daily in ur meal. i...
