Hi dudes.. Drinking at least half a liter of water in empty stomach daily morning is good for health.. Also drinking the same quantity of water before going to bed keeps us fit.. I believe in this and wats your opinion.. Do share...

parvezlm3 yes you are right.drinking a huge amount of water a day keeps us fit.as people say water is a universal liquid.it has unique properties of which medicinal is the greatest.it is due to water that makes our palanet lifeful.
