Yesterday I felt a little better but today I'm back to feeling sore and stiff. I'm going to bring up spinal correction surgery to my doctor. I can't take this anymore. I just want to live a healthy, pain-free life.

Yesterday I felt a little better but today I'm back to feeling sore and stiff. I'm going to bring up spinal correction surgery to my doctor. I can't take this anymore. I just want to live a healthy, pain-free life.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 17 in 2009. It's the unusual curvature of your spine and can cause pain and discomfort at times. There is no cure other than spinal correction surgery which can help to straighten your spine...

I'm not in as much pain today as I was yesterday, thankfully. I felt up to making homemade sugar cookies with icing. They turned out pretty good for my first try.

I was wondering about the same thing, but I also know there are other conditions related to spinal issues like lordosis. @peachy3 I hope the doctor can provide you with some helpful recommendations to help you.
