pgbb72 I think you should try "Yoga". It can help you overcome this problem. I have seen many people getting benefitted by Yoga.

pgbb72 u seem to be the lucky one..who even gets to sleep 10 hrs, at least sometime..Best luck

pgbb72 Hey there.. workload will ALWAYS be MORE.. Find ways to do something u love the most..like being with Positive people as much as possible, spending time with family, calling your mom etc..and try to release the work related stress

pgbb72 I hope that may be the truth.. but the way the biblical prophesies are coming true one by one, it doesen't seem that Satan is non existent...!! But I like your thought.. its a positive one..!!

pgbb72 Agree completely with you dear! But the point here is, whether internet is causing more harm than good to the society? As the data suggests, 80% or more internet usage is for satanic purposes than anything else..
