Are salads good for health if eaten with every meal you take?

My husbands like salads very much and want salads with every meal. Its easy to prepare a salad but i am just wondering if its o.k to eat raw food so often. Plz let me know if its not healthy or if it has some other effects.

pooja1464 Thank you for your response. I am more relaxed now. I will make sure he just has salads twice a day along with his meal.
