How well do you get along with your sister?

For me I have two younger sisters and our age gap is very big. I am the eldest and now is working, my second sister is now in college while the youngest is graduating in grade school. Most of the time we get into arguments and quarrel with each other maybe because of our age gap but sometimes when we are at home we sleep together in one room and together do some funny and naughty things that all us look it really fun and entertaining. How about you how well do you get along with your sisters? I think even if you have that kind of age gap you can bond well with each other. Just learn to understand each other and learn to adjust.

I was the only child for 17 years before my mother decided to have another child. I can remember when I was small i would beg for a sibling. Anyhow, when I was a junior in high school I got my sister. and then when I graduated from high school (at my graduation) my brother was 4 months old. I get along with both of my siblings but as my sister has started getting older she has became my best friend. I don't feel like I have to be the motherly figure anymore. she is just my sister. She will be graduating soon. So, as the years went on everything changes. We all adjusted.

Me and my sister are 18 months apart and she's the oldest. We're the only two kids my mom has, and we're super close. We actually used to fight until I turned 15 and then we became best friends. To this day, we're still best friends, even though we live across the country from each other. We talk on the phone or the Internet at least once every other day. We get along so great, it's awesome. I remember the first time we started to get along and actually hang out, my mom wanted to know what happened to her daughters! Haha!

I am the youngest of 4. My oldest sister is 13 years older than I am. My other sister is 8 years older than I am and my brother is 7 years older. I don't get along well with my oldest sister most of the time. We try to stay close and we have family get togethers regularly but I think the age gap is a big problem for us. She can't seem to stop treating me like a little sister. I get along much better with my other sister. She lives further away so that could be part of the reason why. And I just think that my middle sister and I are more alike than my older sister and I.

I think I get along okay with my sister most of the time, Better when I only talk to her or see her on occassion. She is the youngest we are only five years apart though. She was spoilt a lot as a child and she still acts like a spoilt child at times. Anyway, we get along most of the time, I just don't agree with her on some things but I don't really push it because I don't see any point to that.

Hehe~~your topic reminds me of my dear sister. I have two elder sisters, and one of them two years older than me, the other six years older than me. I'm the youngest in my family. So they all spoil me. When we were little girls, we used to quarrel and even fight. It seems so childish to me now. When we all grown up, we get along well with my sisters. Now, I'm living far away from home, and seldom has the chance to go back home. When I go home, we spend most of the time together, shopping, chatting, or doing other things. That's precious memory to me.

I have 1 sister. our age gap is only 1,5 years old. years ago, when we were kids, we usually had fight because she was very naughty. she often made me cry.. in addition, she had made our maid cry too! eventhough, we also played together. and since we were kid until now, we always share our experiences and our feeling. now, my sister and I became a best friend. we often go anywhere together. even, we sometimes get into arguments too.. However, we don't very often to borrow and lend clothes. because we aren't same in type of clothes. But she often borrow my dress for party if she had a birthday party.. we are in same bed too. our bed is double bed. and it's very annoy me because she slept brutally.. and yesterday, I've just got a punch when she slept.. Hikz.. anyway.. I love her much.. ^-^

I have one sister and we get along great. She is living in Texas right now with my brother and his family so I do not get to see or talk to her too often since she is helping with taking care of their kids while they are at work. We do keep in touch when we can and have great conversations and do things together when she is here. I do not think we have ever had a fight or argument about anything.

I have 3 younger sisters. One is 16, one is 14 almost 15 and the other is 13. All 3 of my sisters are still in middle school or highschool. The two older ones and I get along much better than me and the youngest one. All 3 of us don't get along with the youngest sister. We always argue with her.

I have 2 sisters. One doesn't talk to any of us, mom included. (Long story) The other is my best friend. Sure, I get mad at her, she gets mad at me, but we still are best friends. She is 3 3/4 years younger than me. She was the spoiled child (not that spoiled) but she is the most level headed woman that I know, besides my mom.

My sister is my best friend. We fought like cats and dogs when we were in high school, but we wound up being roommates for almost 4 years. I moved away for several years and when I returned I was married and had an eight year old step-son. We still are great friends, and are fortunate enough to only live 45 minutes apart. The only trouble is, we are both so busy with our families and our jobs, we don't get to see each other near as much as we'd like. We do, however, have Mom's day out once-in-a-while. We get together, eat lunch, shop or whatever we feel like doing. We both always have a blast. I don't know what I would do without her. Hugs.

I am the only child in my family so I have never experienced the feeling of having brothers or sisters. But most of my classmates have brothers and sisters. They often call them and write to them, sharing their happyness and sadness with them. They care for each other so much. How I admire them! I have many consins, though. And we are in good terms. But after all, it's defferent from those who are given birth by the same parents...

I have a younger sister who is smaller than me for about 8 years. When she was in kindergarten and primary school, I should say she was really a trouble maker and always made me mad! However, now she grows up and she is in secondary school and I'm in university, I do think our realtionship improve a lot. Coz we have the same topic we can talk about, for example, fashion, schools ( coz I'm in the same secondary school as her ) ... sometimes we sing together. Sometimes she may do things that hurt me so badly, but she will apologize to me. Relationships will grow a lot afer the arguments, coz you can know more about each other.

I have a younger sister.I am 26 and she is 19. When we were younger we argued a lot because she always broke my stuff..lol.. We are really close now, the only time we argue anymore is when i try to protect her. I give her my opinion all the time, mainly because i don't want her to make the same mistakes I did and that tends to cause problems between us but other than that we get along great.

My sister and I are six and a half years apart. She's older then me. We share a house and I help her with raising her daughter. We get along very well really. We might have our differences on things or get irritated at times but we usually sort it all out. We've learned to tell each other when something bugs us and we try to work out compromises. Usually we manage things just fine.

i am the eldest in the family and i have got two younger sisters, one 4 yrs younger and the other 11 yrs younger. when we were younger, we used to argue a lot, quarrel a lot about petty things. but now that we've grown, the other is 28, the other is 21...we seem to bond so well, as if we like each other very much. i went abroad, but stil the closeness among us is indespensable. it's nice to have sisters like them. i love them to bits. and of course i love my brother too, lol!

I get on very well with my sister. I am 34 and she is 39. She will be 40 soon. So there is just over five years age difference between us. As I grew up she was helpful to me. She lived about one and a half hours from me when we were adults. It was sad that I didn't see her very much during this time. Luckily two years ago we moved. We now live within walking distance of each other. This is wonderful as I can see her far more often. She has 4 children and I like being able to see them grow up. We have some of the same inteests. She was the one that told me about my Lot. She loves eBay as well. She had a baby last year and now that I am expecting a baby she has kindly given me lots of things for my pregnancy and baby. I hope you start to get on well with your sisters.

I am one of nine children. There are four girls in our family. The oldest has a daughter that is three months older then me. We don't really have a sister relationship is more like aunt and niece. It was also the same with the second oldest sister. I have an extremely close relationship to my sister that is seven years older. We are like best friends.
