If you have lost a child suddenly due to the negligence of someone else how do you recover Also I am wondering how do you know for sure whether or not a death could of been prevented? It would be nice if the hands of time...

AnnaB87 I think sometimes it may be needed especially when they continually harrass and cause stress when you are doing your best to avoid them. Maybe they need a no contact order.

AnnaB87 I am thankful for what I have now but it is still hard and I do not understand why this happened at all. It is so hard though knowing someone just killed our ds and then proceeded on down the road, never even slowing down at all.

AnnaB87 I believe this relative has a mental problem of some kind. And I am wondering about the courts. I told the judge if another of my kids turn up dead then it is his fault for not allowing me to do anything at all.
