what do you do to relax?

i take a bath , but after that i try to do some yoga exercises, which is popular in india, i try to bend down , my hands touchin ground ,knees straight, and slightly bend my knees so that i can bend me forehead and it comes in contact with my knees, i stay there for 20 sec and come up, i suddenly feel relaxed and i feel the tension i had has gone,

I am very much into Yoga and meditation. I have been doing Yoga from my school days. This brings enough relaxation to you. One of my favorite activities is to tighten the muscles in your body on one point. Then release the tension so that you can feel it relaxing.

i find that the best way to relax after a long day, is firstly to have a shower, to wash the day away. Then listen to some music or sit in front of the tv, with a nice cup of tea. I always like to find a comedy or something to make me laugh too

I am a sahm so after a long hard day of cleaning up after my kids and trying to get house work done I sweaty and tired. So as soon as they go to bed, I head for the bathroom and take a nice hot bath and after I finish my bath I curl up in front of the television to watch a LMN movie. It seems like heaven on earth being that quiet.

Relax? This is a foreign word. Please explain yourself.
Just kidding. I'm like you, a nice soak in a very hot tub is just what my doctor ordered. I also like just curling up on the couch with a good book, no background noise, and reading. I try also, not to become so overwhelmed with life that it gets me to that point of no return, but sometimes, life is just that way. Hugs.
