I don't think anyone would betray House, but if I had to say someone it would be Chase, I don't think he's that close to House, besides he has already helped Tritter. Why would House be arrested? He takes lots of vicodin but that was season 2, I guess that story is already a thing of the past... I hope. It would be funny if Cuddy got pregnant from House but it's still far away from happening, at least in my opinion.

I don't know who's going to betray house in terms of the people who are currently in his circle. It seems that most of his people are pretty loyal to him. This was shown to be true in the case where House was being harassed by the cop earlier in the season. As for Cuddy getting pregnant, I don't know how they're going to do this. I have a sneaky suspicion that House may be the one to do it. Afterall, sweeps are coming up in a couple of weeks, so it might just be written in.
