I find it difficult to concentrate when reading in public places so prefer to read at home. I usually read in the living room and too often when I am eating. I know it is not so good for the digestion but I like to read and often it is the only chance I get. Lots of people only read when on holiday but I find I read less then as there are so many other things to do.

I really enjoy reading books by the pond in our campus,This ponds covered with water liles bordered by bamboos and you can find stone benches under bamboos.Just one thing it's not comfortable seating there and make you tired soon.So I seldom go there though it's very beautiful. Most of the time I read book in classroom.

thats a real nice spot in the campus if you ask me. you might want to inform your school authorities that it would be better if they improve that area to make it more conducive for reading and the like.

I like to read in my bedroom. Its nice and quiet in my home just before I'm going to bed. My husband and I read several nights each week.

I like to read in bed or in the bath, though you have to be careful not to get the book wet in the bath. I also like to read on long journeys to pass the time as it can get very boring. When I was younger I liked to get in small spaces and read like in the cupboard under the stairs.

In my bed, in my bedroom, with lots of pillows and just a nightlight on. It feels very comfortable, and there wouldn't be anyone or anything else that could disturb me from my reading. When I'm on my way to school or other places, and sometimes even when I'm in class, I still get to read books using my mobile phone. But I don't really get to concentrate much, and I don't really get to fully enjoy reading the book. Nothing beats reading in my bedroom.

It all depends. If it is day time, I prefer the lazy chair in my sitting room. At night, of course the bedroom on the bed. If it is a weekday, I prefer to read at night. If the weekend, then I can read the whole day! I read books in the library, but not the coffee shop, unless it is my lunch hour. As my lunch break is flexible, I seldom go with my colleagues. So, my best partner is always a book or a magazine!

I love to read anywhere, mainly outside somewhere whether it's on the porch swing or off in the woods somewhere. Both are equally relaxing. I also tend to read when I take a bubble bath.

I prefer reading in my living room or in my computer room. I like to have the sunlight streaming in rather than turning on the light. But I can read anywhere.

Reading Books - Man lying on his stomach reading a book
most of the time i read books in my bedroom where nobody could disturb me. i do not carry or bring any books when i am going out so i don't read books outside my home. i read books usually before bedtime.

If i am reading something for the pleasure of reading it i would prefer lying down in my bed.But when i am on to serious business like studying for my exam i prefer open spaces especially where i get a cool breeze and get disturbed once in a while my a bird or something.Believe me it helps.

I can't read in public places like coffee shops because it is too distracting. I would find myself watching and listening to other people. I can read in waiting rooms though. They are usually pretty quiet. I usually read at my desk while I am on the computer (I'm a multi-tasker). I would like to be able to read in bed, and do once in awhile, but I usually fall asleep. Occasionally I will sit in the livingroom with the music on.

I usually read in the living room. But I like to read in bed, too. I don't often read in bed, because my husband doesn't like the lamp on when he is trying to sleep, so if I can't sleep, I go to the living room to read. And during the day, I read in the living room.

Somewhere quiet, but mostly in my bedroom if i am at home. I have to be comfortable to get into things.
