How Embarrassing

While considering the options for cladding my house, one salesman claimed that his wonderful product would 'never dent or chip'. Gathering a sample, he banged it down on the display stand to show its strength - and it shattered into pieces. The horrified look on his face was priceless. Needless to say I didn't decide to have my house clad with that Lol!!

I would have loved to have been there and seen that. I have certain sales people who would like me to go permanently into debt for their products, and it seems to be a lot of one up manship or empty bragging to me. Why, for instance, would one pay over $2000 for one window, when a company will install ten for $2850 that offer the same feature, just a different name brand. I bet you could have made a fortune with a video of that.LOL

Hhaha, that was really very cute and gave me a great laugh. Laughing is good for one's soul, especially when we go though trials. I rated you a + for the posting as always. Keep up the good work sugar.

OMG, how embarrassing for that salesman! I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall when he got back to the office and told his boss what had just happened! He wouldn't have much confidence in selling that product again, would he?
