I start quite alot of discussion but lately I've stopped doing so and I'm saving them for future but am getting paid for not doing so. So, I've to reply to more discussions than I've started, to make it easy for me to not look back to my discussions and mark as postive to everybody and then entertain them. LOL!!! So, Do you start more discussions then you reply to discussions?

I reply to more discussions than I make. Most of the stuff I have thought up to make a discussion about has already been started by someone else. So I just reply to their's, instead of bringing up a topic that has already been put for discussion purposes. Only if I really can't find something to respond to will I generate another discussion that may have or has not been discussed before.

I have read it is better to reply more than start discussions. So i'm trying to answer 5 discussions for every one that I start.

I am like TeresaK. I respond more to discussions. I usually start about 5 a week or so. Sometimes it is more, depending what is going on. I try to respond to between 30-50 a day. I also try to respond to a variety of discussion types, as well as responding to the new blogs and news section. I have found this helps with my earnings.

Hello, omer, I have replied much more than i started a discussion, I will only start a discussion if i get time to comment on it, if not i will not even start one. I think it is easier to earn more in replying then posting ,when you start a discussion, you need to have some quality reply in order to get some credit,it is out of your control, but you can control the quality of your reply, if you have good quality, probably you will get 1 cent or so for that reply. anyway, good luck.

I reply more than I start. I only start a discussion when something is bouncing around in my head. I don't know if you make more money by responding or replying really. I see some people get hundreds of replies, so they must be making something from it.

I reply more then I stat a discussion, because I prefer to answer instead of starting a new discussion. I never know what to write when I stat a new discussion. I must to find a good way of people get interested for my discussion and sometimes it is hard. So I prefer to reply to discussions started by other users.

I definitely respond to more discussions than I start. I like to start discussions relating to a problem or thought that I have. Most, if not all, of the time there is already another discussion started on just about any topic, so I respond to those, first. If I can't find any that are close to what I want to ask, then I start a new one.

I respond to more discussions than I start.I have several friends who are good at starting discussion thus taking the burden of my shoulders, lol.Nah,I too start discussions ,but not too many.I usually start them when I have a lot of time in hand or have something that I truly need an opinion on.Responding more than posting discussions also gives me a better chance to interact with my friends.

No. I do not. I really find it easier to answer more posts, then to open new ones. I am a very curious person, and i love to read other responses and answer to them. I also find it hard to really come up with interesting new posts. So i just do what i feel that day, and i did notice that it is answering other people's posts then starting my very own.

I tend to respond more than start discussions. On good days I will start more but that's rare. If I think of a topic during the day I try to write it down so I don't forget. Then at night or in the afternoon I have my list and will post discussion. That is if I don't have writers block!
