My favorite dish to make is curried chicken which is very delicous, add some ginger, basil and coconut milk then serve it with some fragrant rice. For me I do a curry vegetable dish the same way I would the chicken sometimes I add some tofu.

I am from India. In India we have about 30 States. And each state is having its own speciality dish. In general India is famous for its spices and herbs.I almost enjoy all Indian foods, but being a non vegetarian I love The Biryani most! Biryani is a dish made out of Mutton opr Chicken with rice and spices. Its very tasty and its aroma simply makes your mouth water! Biryani basically seems to be a Mughals dish and it is having many variations depending upon the place where it is prepared and by whom its being prepared! Normally to prepare Biryani First Mutton is chopped into medium size pieces and it is fried and cooked in the specific spices and them a specila rice called Basmati is added to this mixture .Some people prefer to put the Mutton mixture and rice in layers to cook . And then this whole thing is cooked under pressure. The traditional way of cooking contains the vessel which is on fire is covered with another vessel and at the brim where both the vessels meetinmg the edges are sealed with wheat dough. It is very interesting to see how Biryani is cooked Having got cooked this is served Hot along with Mutton Curry or Gravy along with Slad or Vegetables soaked in Curds. The taste of Biryani is simply greta and one has to tastye and experience it to know about it! If ever have a chance to taste never miss to taste Biryani in your life time, hereafter I am sure you will also be a Biryani Fan like me, who was just like you before hand, without any favorite dishes ! Well if you are trying Biryani at any restaurant , please be careful ! Many people in the name of Biryani just serve fried rice with Mutton Curry! You should really know the restaurants which are really having expertise in preparing the Biryani! Thanks for starting such a nice discussion! Wish you all the best!

I also don't have one. I enjoy food a lot and I almost never think that I don't like something. But I am very critic about the way the dishes are done and a lot of times it happens to me in restaurants not to like the food, but only because it is not properly made.
