If you have a snack at night, do you try to eat it before a certain time? Like for me, if I'm gonna have a snack, I try to eat it before 8:30pm. I don't like to eat anything too late cause I feel it just goes right to my thighs...

bruxedo I've no problem to eat at any time. When I'm hungry I eat. Sometimes during the night, if I awake and I feel hungry I get something to eat before going to sleep again.

bruxedo I cut mine, I don't like to grow nails because it's not confortable and for me the most important thing is to be confortable, I don't evan have nice fingers because I bite the skin around, so I don't care about nice nails.

bruxedo Don't cry and don't pity yourself. You're underestimating yourself and that doesn't help you. Proove her that she is wrong and she is the one to pity. Show her and all the other people around you, that you can have friends and that you're happy with yourself...

bruxedo I'm 50 and I don't know for sure. I think they are proud for some of my qualities because they know that it was from their education, but I'm not sure about the way I've dealed with my self problems. Having married three times it's not something to cheer..
