I used to do a lot of my shopping at Aldi's when I lived in Michigan. You can stretch your money a lot further there, and the food is usually just as good as name brands. But I moved to Colorado Springs, and would you believe there's not a single Aldi in this entire state? And there's only one Save-a-lot in the entire city, and it's too far away to be practical for my weekly shopping. So I do most of my grocery shopping at Target, because I work there and I get a discount.

I buy at a chain store, it's not that far away from me. I really haven't seen any local markets around here anyways.

Aldi's is the first store I shop at before heading to the larger stores. I find many of the items I need there at a much lower price. Many use coupons at the larger stores to get them doubled, but I don't use them as much. I tend to buy what I need. There are also some great buys at Aldi on things you use everyday. Produce is much cheaper at Aldi. You can also find some special buys that come along. I have bought many items as gifts. They cost much more in other department stores.

I do most of my grocery shopping at Wal-Mart but I also go to a locally owned store called Metro. I like to go to Metro when I'm in a hurry and just want to run in and out of the store.

I love to do my groceries shopping at local hypermarket especially Tesco and Jusco. They have a lot of options to select on the shelves, i usually spend longer time in hypermarket because there are a lot of options to select. Another reason i love hypermarket is because they have other shops lot, restautant, ATM machine and post office for me to do other task at once. It same time going to different places and finding car park.

I buy my groceries at all different places. I usually buy most of them at Sam's Club because I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit and it's cheaper when I can buy them in bulk. I also go to Food 4 Less because they have the best yogurt. They make you bag your own stuff. Then, I go to Windmill Farms for specialty items like no salt added stuff, fructose, bulk bins, etc. I used to shop at a place where they charged you for bags or you had to bring your own. I would have kept shopping there if they carried all the staples.

I use more costco and foodmax for my grocery shoppings. I have heard about Aldis but it's kind of far from our house so I don't shop there.

I usually go to chain stores. The ones I have nearby are Dominick's and Jewel Osco. They just carry brands I like, such as Dannon yogurt. I sometimes go to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's, but while those are good for some things I want to buy, average grocery chains are just more simple? I guess? I wish we had something like a Food 4 Less here. I've heard of them, but I've never been to one. But I'd definitely go there if I knew where it was!

I do most of my shopping at the Commissary on base. It's like a big grocery store with cheaper prices for the military but all the regular stuff like a regular grocery store. Then for stuff like paper plates and towels and diapers we buy all that at costco, no bags but I like the cheap stuff. If I had a bigger freezer/fridge/more storage space I would buy alot more there. I love saving money!

I am the ultimate bargain shopper. I clip coupons, every single one and I watch the local Shaws flyers to see what their sales for the week will be. I then go through my coupons and match up what I need now and what to stock up on and go shopping at shaws for those items only... I normally save 60% on my grocery bill.. Then for whatever else we need in the house...mac n cheese and tp and baby food I go to Wal-Mart because their prices are cheaper for everyday items like those. I mainly stick to those two stores and it has helped save us a lot of money, time consuming yes, but well worth it

Well I'm not sure for the terms, I just go to my local supermarket most of the time as it is closer to me, but I like going to the bigger ones due to variety, however compared to most countries our biggest supermarket might be considered quite small, that applies to our shopping centres too lol. We don't have any that charge for bags or with a take your own bag but one of them has biodegradable bags and I hope the others follow in their footsteps as that's a good thing! We also only have plastic, I see a lot of movies where you can choose paper or plastic, here it's only plastic.
