whats the very last thing you do before sleeping at night?

Hi there Saraelorama! I always pray before I go to bed. I thank God for another day, and pray that he'll watch over us, me and my loved ones through the night.

i have no rituals at night. the last thing i do before sleeping is to kiss my son and my husband. thats all!!

This isn't so much a ritual (at least I don't think it is), but a routine. After brushing my teeth and washing my face and all that, I head over to my PC and go online to chat and browse till I get sleepy.

the very last thing I do before going to bed is to on the aircondition and go to bed and sleep!!! :D

The very last thing I do before I go to bed is to turn the light off LOL!!! I have a ritual that consists of making sure I have my clothes out ready for the next day, brush my teeth, set the alarm clock, turn the telly off, then the light and then snooze my little life away for a good 8 hours or so.

When I am tired and ready for bed I first ask my husband. I say may I go to bed now Master. He usually says yes. Then I brush my teeth, go to the bathroom, and then say my prayers. Then i wait in bed for my Master. If he only wants to sleep then I ask for a good night kiss. Then I fall asleep.
