Can I Make Plans For My Next Life

I wish we could make plans and construct how our next life will be. I strongly believe that we come back and death is NOT to be feared Like a flower it starts off as a seed (human embryo) grows into a shoot (human child) grows into a plant (human adult) blossoms then dies. Then next year the plant will grow again! So death is not the ending it has to be part of the human cycle, so on this basis Why can't we make plans for our next life? Be more attractive, be happy, healthy, wealthy and enjoy life instead existing and getting by. Do you sometimes wonder what your next life will be like and hope it will be better than the one you have right now?

I don't believe in reincarnation also.I won't think about my next life.Because I even don't know what my prelife like.I usually have some wonderfull plans,I really wish that would come true in my current life.I'm too realistic.

i don't really believe in reincarnation that much but i believe in possibilities. we don't really know which is and which is not true. but then, i still want to keep my next life (if there is one) a mystery. take care!

I strongly believe in the next life concept. Also I want to submit that the next life is based on our actions in the present life. What ever we missed in this present life can be the aim to achieve in the next life. I would like to have a smooth transition from the present to the next life.I also wish that if I can recollect my past life then I can make a plan for the next life!! Is it possible??!!

i don't really know if there is reincarnation or none. but even if there is, i don't want to have my next life planned by now. crazy, huh? well, i guess it will take away the excitement of what really life is all about. life is full of mystery and i wanna let it stay that way. i don't have a perfect life. i had gone through a lot just to get to where i am now. and i am still striving harder to reach some more of my dreams. happy myLotting wolfie!

i am also thinking about that especially if i have attended some burial it will always think about it and sometimes day dream about it..but i dont think that we can do that in real life, since noone yet who have come to life to tell us the story..all only theories and assumptions from our elders and the church.

All I ask for my next life is that I am not disabled .. !! And I hope that we will become a bit wiser in the next life .. or where's the point in any of it ..

If you are a religious person, then you are assured that our next life will be more fruitful. The promise of everlasting life if you remain good and did your duty well. I honestly never thought of what my life will be once I leave this earth. I can plan my life to as far as I'm old and wrinkly. Too many things to do here and I don't have much time thinking about my next life. I leave it to whoever above to plan it for me.

You must be knowing the saying"as you sow so you reap" What ever action we perform in this life the result of those actions follow us in next life. This is called eternal Karmic cycle. So if we want all good things in the future lives our Thought, word and deeds have to be good in this life. If you go on sowing good you cannot reap any thing except the good. This is the law of nature. The more the good a person does lesser is the sin he commits. As he becomes pure he goes nearer to God and those who become near and dear to God are called as the Saints.

I believe the next life will be the one with christ. It will be heavenly and sweet. No problems of the world. I would like to be an angel that comes back to help others. I hope I can do that. It would be wonderful to spend eternity helping others. That will be up to god and only he knows about that.

What a nice thought. I would describe myself as a spiritual sort of person and to that end I would like to think that there is more to our existance than what we experience now, of course I don't have any direct proof, but I have had things happen that have made me question and wonder what more there might be. I guess the difficulty in planning for things like you have suggested is the not knowing about what the future may or may not hold. It might be better to concentrate on making the things work for you now in the current life, even if they are difficult, take small steps to make things more satisfactory for you. I hope for the sake of the people in my life that I have lost, that if there is anything beyond this life, that it will be happy, healthy and totally free of pain.

Actually as a spiritualist, I believe in reincarnation - in that we come down to earth with a life path. This path was chosen by us and planned and mapped out with our Spirit Guide and the High Master Teachers before we come down for each lifetime. For each lifetime on Earth, we can choose to be wealthy, or attractive, or healthy, even what gender we want to be, on the understanding that these situations will be for our higher good and spiritual evolvement. We CAN make plans for our next lifetime, in fact, we do it each and every time we come back for another lifetime on Earth.

In actuality you have already set the wheels in motion by mentioing how you would fashion your next life. You are discussing it, writing about it, improving this one by talking of improving the next one just my mentioning it. Sylvia Browne is exactly right when she says we map out our next life everyday as we live out this one. It simply means whatever we did in this life that seemed less of an achievement more like a failure to ourselves, we might be able to re-do. Although re-dos are not given in this life, they might have a place in the next. I am convinced I have been 'alive' before being born on July 25th, 1966 . . . and it is so rewarding knowing parts of 'why' .

Reasons? Well this belief isn't very popular or at least of what i've seen, this is probably because many don't beleive that this will actually happen, some people believe that they will pass on to heaven etc... If you made plans for your next life, how would you remember these plans or even keep them when you've forgotten everything from your past life?

i do believe in reincarnation as well, but i believe it's ur body not ur spirit, u have a totally new spirit. but i do believe that if u're good in ur previous life ur next life will be even better, and if u're bad in ur previous life ur new life will be worse, so maybe u can sort of plan it.

Hmm - well - I'm pretty happy with the life I have now, so I wouldn't want to change or improve on it much. I'm quite unsure about the whole idea of reincarnation, and being "reborn" - I've never quite made up my mind what my stance on it is, - but I guess I wouldn't mind coming back as a much-loved pampered pet cat:-)) No work, no worries, just a warm home, good food provided without having to go Waitrose and queue up for it(!), and someone to cuddle me when I wanted!
