a site that you can get free refferals

Hi gang
i have just found this site that will help you get refferals for your programs. Its free, to get credits for the refferals you can sign up for programs, click links. you can use the credits to get refferals for here at mylot or any other program and all you have to do is do what you do in your programs already, just clink on links for credits.

I'm already a member and I'M really happy that one of my links was seen a lot. Not a lot of ptp accepted that we put their link there but Hippie-Chicks does and it as help me a lot :)

Does this mean when we join this site that we can go onto the site and ask people to join mylot?I read what it says and the way i understand it ,that this site gives you names of peope to ask to join this mylot site,and if they join then that is your rederral,am i right?and is this site free?
