I love cooking and I find that I never learn formally from anyone more than I learn it by my own. I learned to cook by looking at my mother in the kitchen and apply it to my own. Mosts of the time I try to get the recipe from the magazine and the internet. I learn to cooked by the guided of my own tongue. I am a kind of a person which don't really like a food with the less taste. So what I did I always make my food taste like what I want because I am sure the taste which I want is always the taste which what other peoples will like.

I was taught to cook by my granny and my mom. It's pretty easy espcially when you just follow the directions. I have a couple of cookbooks that are 4 ingredients or less and a 5 ingreient or less one. They are the easiest to follow out of all my recipe books. I don't think you need a guide to learn how to cook you just need patience.
