It feels great to lose weight and no longer being in the obese range. But I'm still not satisfied. Aiming to lose another 6kg. Does anyone feel that way whenever they see weight loss results?

qouniq I think the vinegar gives the sour taste of your egg and gives the unpleasant smell of the egg gone.I think you also can use some of cheese to replace the vinegar and i think the taste will be more better than that.

qouniq hey, i think the rice which owlwings was saying is the rice which we use normally in Malaysia. As far as i know, the long grain rice is like basmathi rice and taj mahal brand rice...so just use the normal rice which if am not mistaken the price is around RM...
