I do not like prices going up any more than the next person. My income is slowly being swallowed up by high prices in every thing we purchase. Gasoline is required to run our vehicles, most of us cannot afford Hybrids. The price of gas in oil rich Alberta Canada is selling at $1.03 per litre and in Vancouver Canada it is as high as $1.25 per litre and going up. I understand the down fall of fossil fuels polluting the air we breathe but I'm not convinced of the correlation to the global warming crisis.Further more I really despise when I hear that a litre of fuel is so cheap as compared to a litre of soda pop. I do not know about you but I do not purchase 30 to 60 litres of soda pop in a 1 to 2 week period (silly comparison).

The price of gas is horrible. Right now where I live, it's like $3 or more a gallon. I never thought I'd see the day gas would be so high. Perhaps we should go back to horse & buggy days lol. Humm maybe go back to the day & Boycott gas.

I simply go by public transport, even free because I have a student traveling card. But asides from that it is cheaper than taking the car still when it comes to gasoline prices.
