I think having a great diet prevents diseases and helps overcome illnesses faster. We don't vaccinate our son and ourselves, so we feel more accountable for what we consume to prevent diseases. My sister gets her child every vaccine available and she feels fine with him eating junk food!

i appreciate your courage not to vaccinate and your beleif in the system that created by god who knows to create and if any problem with his creation how to manage it also ,and it increases your pride also not to depend upon others for your health matters, people now a days consider that having a disease and telling others that they have such disease as a matter of pride in fact they have to feel ashamed of themself that they are failed to make clean their body .they are going against the laws of nature.

As far as diseases due to fat etc, we can ccan be controled if we we use lighter foods etc. Diet can also increase the capability of the body. But I do not know as whether major diseases can be prevented by dieting

Changing our diet can help us manage diseases or even to avoid diseases. But diet alone cannot cure diseases - thats just not possible.
