If you have not yet joined cashcrate i would jump on this one asap. It is completely free and they pay very very well.
I have already made payout in one day and that was only doing like 8 surveys. If you need proof just take a gander at the forums for proof of payments.
The referral program they have is amazing and you can earn a ton if you build a solid team under you.

You dont have to have a credit card for most, only the ones with the credit card logo require that.

I belong to cashcrate as well. The site really does pay. I have cashed in 3 times. I have however slowed down on the site. I'm having some problems with pending offers. I empty my cookies all the time. Cashcrate is a good site, and I enjoy going there.
