I love making soups. My favorite homemade soup to make is hamburger soup. I also make meatball stew, beef stew, ham & potato chowder, pea soup, and many more. There is nothing like soup on a cold winter night. It's what I call comfort food. I make soups quite a bit in the winter time. What is your favorite soup?

Hi, I'm afraid I'm the worst cook in the world, so making homemade soup would be, I'm afraid quite a disaster to me! I do love it when friends make their own soup and I particularly enjoy french onion soup with garlic bread!

I guess my favorite soup to make would be chicken soup. My mom taught me how to make it and I remember my grandma making it in her kitchen when I was a kid. Since I love traditions, I enjoy cooking this for my family as it has memories attached to it. It's a great meal in and of itself when you serve it with baked potato, salad and fresh bread.

I like making chicken soup, but I really have to plan for the prep time, chicken soup takes me awhile to make.

I used to make soup from scratch, but that was when I worked at a bar with a kitchen. I would make chicken noodle, chicken rice, chicken corn soups. I've made bean soups and chilis. Have made home made tomato soup. Usually now I just open a can, but will doctor some up to make it more to my taste.
