Do you like stand up comedy?

I like a few different comedy genres. I prefer political Stand up over everything else, though there are not many comedians where I live that do that form of stand up. Not that many good comedians at local comedy clubs.

Comedy movies are not my favouritest janre at all. I prefer to laugh when i watch anime and films for children -they remind me about my childhood.

Yes I do as long as the Comedian is good and not boring and I have seen a couple of boring ones where I just wanted to get up and walk out But most I have seen have been quite good

I enjoy stand up comedians. One of my favorites has a talk show in the afternoon and is so funny that I watch the show when I have time. I'm talking about Ellen DeGeneres, who I hope gets well very quickly, as she injured her back and this week she was in bed doing the show. My favorite male is Bill Cosby, who was on David Letterman recently. He was promoting his upcoming stand up comedy shows. He is traveling around the United States doing shows and has one show in Edmonton, Alberta. I plan to attend one of the California shows, if I can get tickets.

I've never had the pleasure of attending a show, but yes, I like stand up. Like you said, it also depends on the comedian as well. Some of them are just not very good. I do enjoy a good laugh though. One of my favorites is the Blue Collar Comedy guys.. they are a riot. There are a few others I like too, just can't think of their names right now.
