I never went. DOn't even have an opinion about it one way or another.
I knew someone that trusted her visits to her psychic completely. Although none of the predictions came true.
She consulted the psychic about her love life mostly. And kept hoping that her married man would leave her wife for her as the psychic said.
Well her married man is still with his wife, she's still alone, and she's still trusting the psychic LOL
Have you ever gone to a psychic? What did you want to know? Did it came true?

I only had my palm read once in a mall. My friend and I were walking through the mall and this woman approached us and asked if we wanted our palms read. It was $15 US and so we did it out of fun. I don't remember all she said, but I remember thinking it was very vague and could apply to just about anyone, not just me alone. I am very wary of the psychic hotlines as I once knew a woman who worked for one that was not psychic in the least. They actually trained her on what to say, and she had a script for each question and just followed along with the answers !!

Yes a lot of it from what I understand is always vague and easily to adapt to anyone, that's why so many people are making money from it - because people apply what they hear to their own experiences and what's happening with them at the moment.
I am in no way saying that there aren't true psychics out there - I haven't got enough proof to say this, or to say it the other way either - but a lot are just like you say.

I used to read palms to my friends in high school.. for fun:)Had this book that told us how to and it was fun to do it.
I was quite good at it, because it's easy to deduct things specially if we pay attention to what they tell us and what their eyes tell us hehe

Nope, I do not believe in them. They are not even as right in their predictions as the weather men. I guess that is all I have to say on the subject. I do trust my own intuition about things, though.

I have always tried to keep an open mind on this hun. Two years ago, while at the summer solstice celebrations I was offered a tarot reading but a lovely lady. She was absolutely spot on with virtually everything she said, but it was a very generalised reading, with no specific details. I tend to view such with a pinch of salt, after all sometimes they can be right.

*shrugs* Not really.
Technically speaking I guess my family's psychic enough. I'l never claim to be able to tell anyone or teach anyone anything. Nope. And though we're not in excellent shape finances wise, we're okay..so I'll never ask for money for the advice I give.
And that's it. If I feel something, get a dream..or suddenly know something..I usually keep it to myself. I think, use logic and what I already know..and if at all possible do my own homework..
People ask me for advice all the time, I don't know..I suppose I help. Which is good, I'm glad. I prefer to help people than hurt them.
If I want answers, sooner or later I get them. Supernaturally or not. So I guess, my answer to your question is: No, I don't truly care to.
*makes a vague gesture* It's just one of thenm 'whatever' things, to me. Not the whole visiting/consulting a psychic thing. Some are cons and frauds, some are for real..most are harmless. We all gotta make a living somehow, so I don't begrudge them their line of work. But answers wise, though I worry and fret over problems which may or not be my own..on the surface it doesn't really matter. Life will trudge on without me. I just like to stay in the game, be an active player, keep my nose clean as much as possible..and deal.
