I am a Fourth of July baby! I honestly thought the fireworks were just for me when I was a kid. It is an awesome day to have a birthday, I never have to work and there is always a celebration going on!

My birthday is February 1st. I have a seventeen year old daughter that suprisingly was born on February 7th. I also have a younger daughter that will turn 16 two days after Thanksgiving and wants a party with all the works if you please. I had an older sister who was the twin to my eldest brother, but she passed from Ovarian Cancer four years ago this month. My eldest brother is in NYC. I have a younger brother fourteen months younger than me. He lives in Indiana. Sadly at present, they are both coming this way because my father who has been ill for a time is now coming to the end of his own illness. he is not expected to live much longer. I apologize for putting a pall over this discussion but please keep me and mind in prayer.

Hi, my name is Rozie, a little twist in the spelling, but it is pronounced the same. My birthday is August 9, 1969. I found out about Mylot through a website called StumbleUpon.com. You go there and find out about websites that other people have stumbled upon and you share the ones that you have found. Most of the time, things stay the same, so I don't go there often. I live in Santa Monica, California. It is close to the beach, so it is pretty nice. I have a roommate which is not cool at all. I get very little privacy, but sometimes it is okay. I am retired due to my emotional dificulties. I hate watching television, so I spend a lot of time hanging out with friends, family, reading, studying psychology, or hanging out in cyberspace. I love to shop, online and in the stores. I can go to one store and shop for about three hours. Is there a such thing as window shopping online? I think there is, it hast to be, because it is so much fun. I like music a lot. Gospel is my favorite, but I like all kinds, as long as it is something worth listening to. Music helps me to relax and unwind and sleep at night. I also like to listen to music while I am cleaning my apartment. I have two older sisters, I am the baby and they don't let me forget it. They still call me their little sister. My mom passed away when I was 10 years old. My dad left before I was old enough to remember him. My older sister has six children and a stepson. My middle sister had one girl and then she had triplets-two girls and a boy. I don't yet have any children. I am still waiting to get married. Both of my sisters have been married for a long time. I lived with a guy for nine years and I don't ever want to do that again. I have also had issues with my sexuality. My mother was an evangelist, then she was ordained as a minister, so the God has always been a part of my life in some form or another. I got saved as a child and then rededicated my life to the Lord in 1996, after my way of living had literally ran me crazy. Since then, I have been on a slow, yet study recovery. And I am doing pretty good. When you responded to my discussion the other day, it was nice and very empowering. It had been a while since I had been encouraged like that. I have friends on Mylot and Myspace that I communicate with sometimes, but I have never really developed a bond with any one online. It is easier for me to get closer to people off-line.
