Thanks for the warning. I am in no hurry to see it I will wait for it to come out on dvd or on tv. The last one was ok. If the new one is worser then the last one I'm not interested.

I thought it was a great film! Yeah, there were more characters and not everything came to full resolution with them, but they helped along the main story line. I also felt that there was much more depth to the main characters in this film as well. It was a lot of fun to watch.

I did not see the 3rd movie just yet and I will as soon as it is on DVD. I like the first two movies. I think they were great.

I saw signs that the writers were losing it in Spidey II. I noticed that there were too many flashbacks, too many long, drawn out emotional scenes that just did not have to be there. While I liked #2, I also found it plodding and too slow at times. My biggest sign of a movie that's sloppy like this is if I yawn. 1 yawn for: Okay, hurry up, get to the good parts 2 yawns for: Okay, this has gone on long enough, I need to go to the bathroom 3 yawns for: Okay, let's see what's playing in the theatre next door! So the writers were getting tired by #2, can you imagine how tired they must be by #3? If they kept to the same track or worse that #2, then I can see why it's a flop. Most reviewers have said that too many plot lines and too many villains have spoiled the soup. It's a great shame. I really think that they should give up while the going's good. Spidey #1 and #2 were fine. That's where they should have ended it, leaving the two movies as legends, unsoured by too many sequels.
