A man gets wrong camera signal and gets child abuse from a neighbors home.

So I read that a man had just finished installing a news security system with cameras in his home. When he turned on the camera he started to get a signal from someone else's camera. What he saw was upsetting. It was a film of 2 little girls being made to hold there hands up in the air for more then an hour. Then a woman walks into the room and punches one of the girls in the chest. And then a few minutes later comes back in and hits the other with a stick. So the man called the police and they did a door to door search of the neighborhood until they found the woman. Turns out she was a foster parent. The girls along with 4 other kids were taken and the woman was arrested for child endangerment. Sad situation those kids were in. Some people will do anything to get a pay check .So they take a child from a unfit home and put them right back into another unfit home.

Man or man what a terrible story. How can a man get signals from soneone elses camera? I am glad that it happened that way but I do not know how it could.
I was abused as a child and I blaime the neighbors for not calling the sheriff on my parents. We lived in a mobile home and you could hear your neighbor fart, so I know they knew what was going on. One time mom lined my two sisters and I up and started spanking us with a belt one at a time over and over or three hours. We here bruised from our shoulder blades to our knees. She accused us of doing something we did not do. Then she sent us "sinners" to church. She stayed home, she even made us wear a dress so the whole community could see the bruises. I was so upset and humuliated. To this day To this day I hate my mom for what she has done to my sisters and I.

I get frustrated with my kids and I do spank but NEVER, I say NEVER would I go to such an extreame!!! I am glad they caught this before it was to late!!

Good for the guy who reported it. If anyone sees a child or animal abuse and they dont report it that make them just as guilty as the perpetrators.

Good for him.....do you know how many people would have seen and ignored this?I do.....I am so glad to hear that someone took the iniative to actually call the police and get the person caught.....most wouldn't have bothered,thinking they'd never find where it was coming from

Thats really weird because a very similar thing happened in Illinois where I live. A family had gotten some sort of new baby monitor with a camera on it, but one day the signals got mixed up, and instead of viewing their baby, the family was viewing the neighbors torturing their developmentally delayed foster son. They had done aweful things to him like hang him up on the wall by his wrists. Even sadder... that boy's 11-year-old sister had been in foster care and was in a residential setting, like an orphanage sort of... and she was having a tantrum so the workers went to restrain her, but they did it the wrong way, and they killed the kid. I mean, yeah, take the kids away from their abusive parents, but don't put them in WORSE situations and let them be abused by strangers!

Well at least they saw it and was able to get it stopped.

That's real child abuse. What started as a wrong camera signal proved to be the salvation of the children who were victims of child abuse. But the most chilling question is: how many more children are being abused and were never found out?

That is just ridiculous! Those kids probably had a horrible life before they went into foster care. Then to abuse them while they are in your care?! That's just crazy! Do they just give anyone the right to be a foster parent? How awful for these poor children. I really could never understand how a human being could do that to a child.

Yes well, alot of times they try and take children from safe homes, like my friend, and what CPS put my family through...and this this is the type of places the send them too... it is a pure shame.

This is not new as far as radio signals picked up by other electronic items. I had a 2 way radio set for when my dad was very ill and couldnt walk. If I was outside he'd call me on the radio for whetever help he needed. I picked up signals and voices from other radios with the exact same frequency. But hearing this is great as far as the abuse caught and dealt with. One time the interferance paid off I guess.
