Dawn @lovebuglena I think the "triple" is triple the size of the roll. Which means its 16 rolls but equivalent to 48 rolls. I think thats why the 48 is on the bag. Not sure though. I usually buy 24 for like 6 bucks.

Dawn I think toilet paper is non-existent anywhere. The ones I saw for around $30, there was only about 5 bags left.
