We actually like pork steak more than pork chops. I made pork steak last night for dinner. I breaded them and baked them in the oven. I like pork chops on the grill too. I love using the grill in the summer so that the stove isnt making the house to warm. I also like to brown the chops in a big frying pan then add sliced onion and your favorite barbeque sauce. THen I scrub atleast one or two potatoes per person and cut the in half. Place the potatoes into the frying pan cut side down. Simmer this until the potatoes and pork are tender. We love this one pot dinner.

My family loves pork chops! We just had bbq pork chops tonight on the grill.YUM!! I have another great recipe too for them. Take 6 boneless chops and put in a baking dish (13x9). On top of each pork chop place a tablespoon of butter and a tablespoon of brown sugar. Pour about 2 tablespoons of soy sauce over these and cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove fooil and bake another 20 minutes. THese are wonderful!!! You have to try it!!

I like it, I think it tastes great, but I just don't like where it comes from, I don't like how factory farms cram the pigs into tiny cages where they can't even turn around. They castrate them without anesthesia, and they suffer great pain. That's why I choose not to support the meat companies with my money.

I grew up on a farm, and we raised pigs and cows, so needless to say, I love all kinds of pork and beef. Porksteaks are good if you don't get them cut to thick. Love pork chops. Have you ever had pork roast? It's really good. Ok, now I'm getting hungry.

Pork roast is really good, plus it's not as expensive as a beef roast. And you know how to cook it. I bet you are a great cook!

porkchops are always great! much more when you marinate it overnite with lemon juice, pepper, salt, brown sugar, soy sauce and little ppineapple juice then grill it the next day and once in a while brush with barbeque sauce and the remaining marinade. so perfect with hot rice or corn in a cob! best food this summer picnic getaway.

I like getting the thick cut chops then stuffing them with boxed stuffing but I add some diced up mushrooms for taste. You can also pan fry them then bake them if you are worried about the amount of fat that comes off them. My mum used to make breaded pork chops and I never paid attention to how she made them. When ever I make them the breading tends to fall off.

No, we dont eat pork, sorry my friend. my hubby use to eat it when he was in Mexico, but now he dont eat and have never eaten that, never tasted, to be more right a word to be used. my hubby is a non-vegetarian. he loves non-veg and he can cook also well. i cannot cook. i neither eat, nor cook. it is my hubby, who eats and cooks himself. and my maid is there to wash the utensils. i dont like the smell of it.

I do like porkchops if they are not all dried out. I think sometimes they are cooked too high of a heat which tends to rob them of their moisture. they have a unique flavor and aroma, don't they?

haha, what a funny topic of conversation but yes,I love pork chops. Even better when grilled on the BBQ with a nice big baked potato. MUST have apple sauce. Pork steaks I think are better if you're doing something a bit more up market. I really miss my pork as we are living in a Muslim country at the moment and you can't buy pork here whatsoever.

No Sweet-heart, I think of discussions that everyone likes, I know most people love Pork chops, But some can't it it. I thought this was a good topic. I think about discussions that everyone can relate too. I love Prk-chops too. If you cook them on the grill not a lot of calories. YES In a Muslim country I guess you can't buy pork. because they don't belive in eating it. Have a good day!

Pork Steaks are good if they are cooked right! Try adding some lemon pepper or Canadian Steak Seasoning to them, then spraying the tops with Butter Flavored Pam Cooking Spray. Then broil them in the oven. They come out really good and tender with a great flavor, though different from chops. I also do this with pork chops though.~
