what's the most cutest breed of dogs in the big wide world?

My personal favorite for cutest & sweetest is the basset hound.

I happen to like Rotties, we had three of them at one time, but we moved where pets aren't allowed so we had to give two of them away my uncle kept the other but his friend is looking after him at the moment

I think the best looking dog to have is a Rottweiler. For some reason they look like big babies to me and I would love to have one. Unfortunately, I live in an apartment complex that doesn't accept them. As a result, I got a black labrador and he is very very smart for still being a puppy. I love dogs a lot too, especially mine.
