Need some help PLEASE

The International Tattoo convention will be in NY this weekend. We are going. My hubby has gotten tattoos over the past couple of years. I have been waiting and waiting for a new one. I am pretty sure I am going to get one at the convention. I know what I want but I don't have the whole image yet. That's where you come in. I will attach a picture for you so you know what I am talking about. It is a very clever design. When you look at the word one way it says Life and when you flip it over it says Death. I saw it in a Christian phonebook once with "the wages of sin is..." above the word death. There was another quote above the word life and for the life of me (pardon the pun) I can not remember what it said. I would like the whole thing not just the life/death word. Can anyone help me? If I can't get the whole thing then I will have to come up with some other idea but I have wanted this for years now.
