Hey friends,We all know that diet plans are very hard to follow but they are alwya safe. On the other hand, diet pills are very simple to use, but they always have side effects. So, to loose weight, what would you like to follow: a diet plan which accomodates dieting, removing fat from diet, increasing fibre content, liquid content, fruits and salads in diet or the simple expensive diet pills or joining a slimming center where you need to go for exercise and diet plan again?

Always go for permenent things than for those pill .Our body is a organic body mens a live body or it has got life and to maintain our body we need organic things ,ie,things which has got life or things from other live things like plants .And chemicals are inorganic substances and it is harm ful to our body even if you apply it as skin ,medicine,lotion,motion all those way. my suggestion for those who want to slim go for diet go for more fibre diet ,raw veg ,fruits go after that they not only make you slim .you increase your natural beauty one of things about natural is that natural is always beutiful.if you are naturally right hand oriented person and you right with your right hand it will look good try to write wiht your unnatural hand it doesnt look good. natural is beuatiful .it will not give you any harm . by using pills you are inviting trouble . and by changing diet you increase your health also .your over all health will be improved

Chewing the food or attentive eating is one methode to prevent more eating .chew your food thorogh make in to water form .masticate it thouroughly.while eating dont read or watch t.v this will divert the attention of your brain towards those things and you will end up eating more.also the digestive enzymes will not be produced properly .close your eyes and eat meditate over the food.chew it untill the last taste is feel .not only you will feel great satisfaction ,but you will feel contentment and you will not eat much. www.drbass.com/attentive.html

it is easy ot advice than to put in to practice .truth is that once you are in a certain eating habbits itis not easy to change your habbits.i have been trying ot apply these things inm y life also but most of the time end up in failure.hmmmmm

I think i like to follow a diet plan and some exercise more than eat diet pills.In China ,we say no matter how good the pills would be ,they just the medcicnes.They have their own posionous.So,i don't agree to eat some pills to loose my weight.My opinion,eating a bowl of vegebables soup before each meal is good to loose weight,eat food not so full that can not to do something else and don't want to do ,it's in trouble very much.Then,suitable exercise for every day.For me I like walking quickly in the morning and after supper.It's said walking is the best exercise for human.If someone wants to loose weight,please have a try.Now,i got what i want.

Very right. Diet pills always have side effects may it be said herbal. I know the best part is walking daily....but only problem with it is regularity which I am not able to give. Thanks for the idea of soup before meal. Which soups should be include in diet. can you give a list of few?

Sure.For my familly,we'll have a plan for a week's diet.It's this week's plan(just before lunch,morning and supper are at will): Monday:eggs,tomatoes blanced galic leaves and some cabbages Tuesday:bean curd,wooden vegetables(in Chinese muer) and carrots Wednesday:cucumbers, eggs and some chicken Thursday:prawns and rapes Friday:noodles fish,little Chinese cabbages and potatoes or some fragrant-flowered garlic,and onions. Saturdays and Sundays are different.We'll eat dumplings or rinses the meat and vegetables.

i dont think diet pills are a good idea they end up messing up your metabolism i just recommend to stop eating all fattening food and snacks plus sugary foods and eat a calorie controlled diet for at least 8 weeks eating lots of salads and lean meats or beans if youre a vegetarian theres so many ways to diet and its more support you need if youre really overweight and you should do exercise at least 10 minutes a day so you tone and dont just have flab left slimming centers are good but they can be a bit bleak sometimes i think if youre on a diet join a diet group where everyones losing weight and then join in and do the same fitness get meal and recipe plans is the best thing

I've heard a lot of negative stories about diet pills so I stay away from those. I would rather loose weight by a combination of plaing badminton, eating plenty of fruits and vegetables, and cutting back on carbohydrates. Badminton burns a lot of calories, so I consider it a fat-burner. Fruits like apples, pears, and bananas are best alternatives for high-calorie and high-fat snacks. Vegetables are a good source of fiber. Resorting to diet pills might cause side effects in your body, even though they promise short-term results.

Playing badminton reduces weight......what a beautiful way of reducing weight. I love playing badminton, but alas, have no companion to play badminton with me.

I think i would prefer a diet plan... I have tried diet pills and sad to say, it doesnt even works... I mean, yesh, i have side effects and yet, the main focal point which is to lose weight doesnt works... How depressing? Well, i guess the best way is to control and curb ur appetite... Meanwhile, go for lotsa and lotsa exercise... It do helps and really works well... Also, drink more water... Its good for ur health and drives out the excess toxic... =)

Yesh, actually i have the same mentality as u... Since its on the market, it must work well... BUt, sometimes, because different people have different reactions to different products ya... For me, i have tried various products and nope, none works... I think its just a waste of my money... N its at least a few hundred dollars each time.. Yeah, drink lotsa water, its good... I guess brisk walking daily helps too ya...

Thanks for your feedback. I always think to take diet pills but as I know their nature and side effects, I stop myself. But I always think that they must be working, hence they are in the market. But your response will make my decision more firm not to take the pills. Thanks a lot!! I try having lots of water daily coz i know it purifies the system. Its the exercise which I am not able to do.

when i was still staying in a dormitory, i tried to eat just cereals and i did lose a lot of weight for just 2 months. but when i went back to my home, and started eating my normal amount of food, i went back again to my old weight. its very tempting to take those pills but people say that once you stop taking those pills, you're gona gain back your old weight, even much heavier. it really depends on the person's reaction to the pills. now, im trying to just eat less than my usual, and im begining to lose some weight now.

I think diet plan with exercise is the better way to loose weight.By boosting your metabolism to produce more heat, you can burn calories stronger and longer, remove stored fat, lose your excess weight, and avoid gaining it back.Good diet plan is also necesscary because dieting wrong is worse than not dieting at all.Diet pills are worst way to loose weight because fat will come back faster than it left when you stop taking diet pills.

well of course diet pills suck. I mean it can have different side effects for different people. On the other hand, diet plans are hard to follow but is really safer than those pills. the only thing is that every person reacts differently to those diet plans some lose weight immediately and some dont, so make sure that you exercise besides following the diet plan. or just forget the physical beauty and try to have a healthy diet. take care and have a nice day...

hey you are right diet plans are very hard to follow but they have no side effects as diet pills have so i think the safer and healthier way to loose weight is diet plan

I would say diet pills are only good for a head start and only for those for which exercising and dieting would have produced too slow results. For instance, if you have a slight allergy to white flour as I do, if I eat anything with white flour in it, that two pounds I lost that week would be gained back so that I would be at a plateau for a very long time and if I ate more than two slices a day, up goes my weight. Substituting whole wheat flour or in my case whole grains that have no wheat in them, as well as eating lots of fruits, veggies, and salads, drinking lots of water, eating less fat (not removing it altogether though) no trans fat, preferably olive oil, and walking a lot, and lifting heavy weights three times a day will get you losing.

hey I am also a little over weight about 10-12 kgs i have tried a lot of funda but i have tiered off from all of them. I think its nothing else then my lasyness. i joined Zym for few weeks same about yoga. I also tried weight loss neutriouns though it has no side effect at all as these are herbs and low calories diet replacement plan. but agin the problem once i stopped i started gaining weight. even after spending about 10-12000 rs . I think yoga and regular excercise is best but there should be consistenty.

Now more and more fat people try more ways to loose weight,as we know diet plans ,go for exercise and diet pills are very popular. I think go for exercise and diet plan is a good idea,they are always safe and have good effects.

How I do wish there were a magic pill that I could take to lose weight...without all the dieting and exercise that is required along with it. I am excited about the prospect of trying Alli when it is released in June. I know that I will still have to be careful about what I eat and I will need to do some moderate exercise, but something that will help me to lose weight!!! ---Yea!!! I know the safe and sensible way to lose weight is to diet --watch your caloric intake, keep fat at a modest level and also exercise each day. It sounds so simple, but when put to actual practice, it becomes incredibly difficult.

I would prefer to use herbal diet pills. Diets do not work for me as there are few foods that I really like. Put me on a diet and there goes all my foods! I won't go to a gym because they are too expensive and I wouldn't like to be seen at one. I get plenty of exercise walking two crazy huskies. Exercising indoors is way too boring for me. As long as the diet pill is herbal, then that is the way for me.

Truthfully I wish there was some sort of a magic pill that I could take and it would bring me down to my prefered size. But in all reality I guess sticking to a good diet changing my eating habits and exercising is what is going to do it.

I was eating healthy, running on my treadmill and drinking a ton of water but I wanted to speed it up so I bought Farenheight diet pills, but unfortunatly it made me feel awful. My heart was racing, and I felt like I was going to pass out. I never want to feel like that again, so I tossed them all in the garbage and I'll never do it again. At least I learned a lesson and I didn't end up in the hospital or anything. My next diet plan is just eating well, and running on my treadmill. If that doesn't work fast enough maybe I'll sign up for some exercise classes somewhere.

i think if i were to lose some weight, i would do it by doing or having the traditional dieting rather than take diet pills because i have heard a lot of news about people taking diet pills who seem to have their lives endangered at some point or another.
