We hear a lot about this subject everyday in our local papers or on the news. Now my question is. How dumb are people who continue to drink and drive, and put everyone at risk. Do they not value a human life? Or is partying more important to them? What will it take to get people to see what harm it will cause to some innocent people, and the end result.
