Discussion deleted

That's where my point went to earlier!!! That discussion was definitely NOT a joke, you just outlined the joke in discussion, as explanation to your blondeness. Cripes, we won't be able to laugh about anything soon, since we're forbidden to cause laughter around here. What is it coming to when you can't tell folks of he silly things you do? I'm peeved now, at losing one measly point in a perfectly ligitimate discussion. Why do people not read beyond the first line? That's what I would like to know. Of course, it could be misuse of that darned button again, by somebody who is vindictive enough to push it because they dislike the discussion personally. Oh well... back to the drawing board and the mundane discussions in here that arise, and are not deleted! Ho-hum, twiddle my thumb!

It seems to me that if there's moderators here, they need to lighten up, if ut was admin that deleted the discussion, I think they need to read the discussion starters topic properly before deleting. A sense of humour is good, and I feel a little light heartedness in here is a good thing, not a bad thing to be punished for.

I read that discussion and, don't tell anyone, I didn't get the punchline for a while ether, someone is just reporting for something to do. I have replied because I'm not worried about losing points and this makes me angry because there are quite a few discussions that should be deleted and no-one reports them. I also get annoyed with people who don't read the whole post.

I am so sorry to hear that someone is doing that too you. I don't mind losing a point if I have to to tell you that.

well I dont care I am gonna answer sure they should have read all of it althi I dont think I got it emailed to me for it must of been while my puter was down but I know you dont write jokes! as everytihing sems to happen to you right?

I am going to respond, and I don't care if I lose a point for it....you're worth it hon. It is so stupid that people don't have anything better to do than to cause problems for the people that are the best members on here. I just wish they would get over themselves and knock this garbage off so that the rest of us can get back to actually enjoying our time here. If this was the cashglow forum, that lazy mod who probably just canned it for no reason would probably have had his moderator/admin privleges removed. Someone did not bother reading, & therefore is not doing their job properly. This one idiot is making the entire MyLot admin team look like a bunch of bumbling fools. He sure is lucky that this isn't cashglow, because the owner or head admin would have not only removed the idiot's moderator privileges (I actually was there when it happened.) Their membership would have been deleted & whatever cash was generated would have been forefeit for abuse. I'd say repost it since I've known you at another forum as a moderator, & you know better than to violate guidelines.

That is so silly.I think theas moderators are not doing a good job.Half reading discussions and all.SO they can take that and run with it i dont even care.I have went down alot of points overnight for what?Ridiculous.I see alot of us have lost points so if this is a glitch i hope they hurry fix and if its not i hope they explain to us why this has happend overnight.I said before those stars are in the way.

Mylot rules are to read the whole post. However Mylot has deleted more post they themselves did not read fully, than I can count. It's a shame. I had one post about dirty filthy immigrants. It was about mice and asked for help to get rid of them. If you only read the title, you would have know that. Mylot wiped it right out and told me I should have had mice in the title!!!!!!!! I have a feeling if they don't get their act together, regardless what total members they claim, they are going to lose them all. Other sites are popping up everyday that will pay.

Gabs I have already had to apologize to friends when a discussion was unfairly deleted. The one point ceratinly doesn't matter to me (I lose them all the time any) however I remember it and got a good laugh so it was worth one point.

I had one deleted too. The one about the e-mail being blocked. I am not sure why it got deleted. I'd like someone to tell me why all of a sudden we are not allowed to behave like blonds and tell about it?

sorry to hear that I am surprised, I would have thought mylot would read and check the discussions reported to them before deciding anything ... thas's really not fair for you I have noticed a lot of discussion violating the rules way more than that still being there and you got deleted ...

People are so ready to be offended, They just look at something breafly and think they have been offended befor they actualy know whats going on. I have no idea of a solution for this, But now I know I can not write anything about myself calling myself a "Stupid American" becouse some one will say "he's calling Americans Stupid! I am soooo Offended!!!!" Is'nt there any appeals process? can't there be a dialog with those that pertisapated in the discusion about the meaning of the topic? Sometimes people have a beleive going in to a topic and misinturpit things said. and there should be a way to appeal this.

I got one deleted too pal a couple of weeks ago , I was things that kids say and I realized it over and over and I still haven't found out what was wrong , I have read things about a lot of body parts and a lot of things about s*x that should have been deleted , well I think so anyway , crystalball and kathy have both gone and I still don't know why ???

Oh Gabs its really getting tough here at mylot any more. Im trying my best to ignore this. But If they dont lighten up there isnt going to be a mylot anymore. They already lost some members here. hmmmmmm thats weird now. but i dont care if i loose a point or not. i did rarely post here the last days, because i didnt dare to do something. but i thought alot about these problems and ive come to the decision, that i dont let them win. so i stay here till someone kicks me out. i dont want to have they winning here. if people have fun with reporting or -rating, ok, but not with me. i go now and have a look and try to find out where this comes from. maybe if we all work together and dont let them do what they want, we win. ;-)

Hi dearie, welcome to the club, LOL! I have mine deleted too. Remember when I posted a discussion appealing a good friend to hang on at mylot. They deleted it instead of thanking me for telling a member to stay here. I don't know what thread to post or respond anymore. I'm not even posting for 4 days already.
