What do you plan to cook on memorial day?

I'm going to BBQ pork ribs, baked potatoes & mac salad & for dessert we are having a refreshing fruit salad!

We're going to barbeque too. We will put some hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill and serve with fries.

I think I am going to barbecue ribs, with potato salad, corn and baked beans.

We're grilling chicken on the grill! We like our chicken best when it's been marinated in Italian dressing for a while. It makes the chicken so moist and delicious! We'll have baked potatoes, green beans and a salad too, plus my mom will bring over strawberry pretzel jello salad. Yummm. Can't wait!

I have no plans yet. my hubby is too busy in his meetings so i dont even get much time to sit with him to decide something. its better for him to be at ease first and then do some deciding work. he loves chicken a lot, so i believe he will be having some ideas related to it and he himself can cook great thing so .......... it better to wait for his opinion.

We will also be having a cookout as well. It's also my husband's birthday so we will be having some birthday related themes going on too. It should be fun and I can't wait.

We are having burgers, brats and polish dogs on the grill with Hot German Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, American Potato Salad, baked beans, corn on the cob, pickels, olives and I think that's it.

I think we might cook out on the grill...corn, asparagus, veggie burgers. Hopefully we'll get a watermelon too...yum.
