Can you help me identify this flowering tree???

My neighbor has this beautiful flowering tree in her yard. She cannot tell me what it is since her husband planted it years ago. It flowers these bright, beatiful orange flowers every year!! Can you help me identify it. I live in Northern Wisconsin if that helps you. I have attached a picture. Thanks!!!

It looks to me like an azalea it is sure pretty. Azalea's come in different colors I have never seen an oragne one.

It is the right color blooms for flowering quince, and it does look more like a shrub, which is what quince is. Does it ever set any fruit? Are the leaves kind of like peach tree leaves? I would like to see the flower closer, but that is still not a guarrantee that I will know it. I look forward to seeing other opinions on this one.
