Hey,there is just two exercises i will recommend you to do if you can. First is running and second is sit up. What you need is just time, patient and determination. This really works. Run at least three to four times a week. Each time run for twenty to thirty minutes. I know many people hate running but no worried. Don't fast but at your pace. Try to enjoy the run but not that slow until there is not sweat. kekes... Long and average pace help to burn fats and develop lean muscle. It will be best if you can increase your pace a little faster as time past. Most importantly is to enjoy your run. Sit up help you develop waistline area muscle too. Try NOT to do those normal sit up where you lay your both foot flat on ground, cup your ears and push yourself up. Try this...this work better... Lift your both legs 80 to 90 degree up form a right angle at the knees area. And cup you ears and push yourself up. Touch your knees with your elbow before you lay flat on the ground again. =) You can do three sets of 20. Well, you can add more as day past. Hope this help ^_^

Oh ya, forget to mention one more thing. I am not sure normally where your running take place. In your case, I would advise you not to run stadium track because it just running round and round. It very boring and more or less will cause you not motivated. You can run around your neighborhood area or park where you can see and enjoy the environment. ;)

I have the very same problem. I had my daughter 15 years ago and I blew up all at once in my 7th month of prenancy. It leftmy skin strethed out. then i had my tubes tied and they cut through my belly button. After that, I had a hysterectomy and they went through my belly button again and it has left me with weak stomach muscles. I have tried setups, walking and a few other exercises and nothing tightens my belly up. I hope someone can help us on this. I cannot afford surgery either.

Yes. I had two surgeries that went through my belly after having my child. I think they cut through some of my stomach muscles. I have the belly fat and some stretch marks also that I cannot stand.

I believe you are in Cebu? You could try the belly dancing classes at Cebu City Sports Center. I did wonders for my super bulging tummy. They have classes everyday from 5:30-6:30, 6:30-7:30. You could pay only P50 per session. It is a good way to isolate all those muscles in ones tummy.

Basically for love handles, working your obliques is best. You can try laying in the position you would do for situps, and put one of your ankles on your opposite knee, then crunch and twist towards that side. Then do the same amount on the other side. This is the best and fastest way I have seen results on love handles. Hope this helps

There're only two things you can do. Exercise and eating right... Of course there's also surgery, but don't do that.

I have presently undergoing such an attempt to reduce my weight.Sugar is the main culprit that makes extra fats around your waist, especially like apple tummy they call. I was seeing a TV show wherein an eminent cardiologist explaining to us not to touch sugar in any form.since you are from Philippines you must be eating rice too.In case you feel any giddiness or weak you can drink sweet juice. Avoid sugar and eat less rice (50%)this is a very slow process without any side effects. If you have right mind applicable mentality, you will succeed in your weight reducing effort. Meanwhile you find any difficulty kindly consult your family surgeon.

Hi andak2007, you can probably try sit ups or you can do the hoola-hoop. It is a great way to have fun and at the same time exercising.
